We will always offer our guidance and skilled expertise to ensure you purchase the right items. However, we realize from time to time items need to be returned. Most products sold by Old Glory Flag & Banner qualify for free exchange, replacement, or refund on non-custom items within 30 days from the date your order ships. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships. If your return is due to a manufacturers defect, Old Glory will replace the item with no shipping charges back to you. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned product, Old Glory Flag will begin the return process. Clearance items are not eligible for return.
Important Notice: As soon as you return your item to us and it is received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please not that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account. We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.
